League Patch 13.22: Buffs, Nerfs, and Changes Coming Soon
The League of Legends balance cycle is slowing down as Riot Games prepares for Season 14, but that doesn’t mean the upcoming League Patch 13.22 won’t bring any buffs, nerfs, and changes. Riot Phroxzon confirmed that three buffs, seven nerfs, and three significant adjustments are in the works for characters that have been closely monitored in Season 13. Riot Focuses on “Outliers”
Riot aims to address outliers in both sides of the metagame as Season 14 approaches. Dr. Mundo and Rammus are considered not strong enough, while Tahm Kench, Senna, Kassadin, and Nilah are seen as a little too strong. Expect around a dozen changes, including buffs, nerfs, and adjustments for several champions such as Seraphine, Janna, and Brand, who will undergo a role change.
Janna Gets Adjusted
Riot acknowledges that Janna has become “unfun to play” after previous reworks and adjustments. To address this issue, Janna will receive changes to improve the overall gameplay experience and satisfaction for players.
Introducing HEARTSTEEL, League’s Newest Boyband
The popular music group HEARTSTEEL is joining the League of Legends scene. Composed of Aphelios, Ezreal, Kayn, K’Sante, Sett, and Yone, the members will each receive new skins. Additionally, Yone will have a Prestige skin available for unlocking with 2,000 Worlds tokens. Ekko will also receive a revamped True Damage skin.
League Patch 13.22 Release Date
League Patch 13.22 is scheduled to go live on Wednesday, Nov. 8. Patch times will vary depending on the region, with the update staging in Australia first before rolling out to major League servers throughout the day.

- Briar: Q and R damage reduced
- Dr. Mundo: E bonus attack damage increased
- Gragas: E cooldown refund and R travel time changes
- Graves: E bonus armor reduced
- Kassadin: E and R ability power ratio reduced
- Nilah: Q bonus attack speed and R damage over time changes
- Rammus: W bonus armor increased
- Senna: Q damage and healing reduced
- Seraphine: Passive and Q, W, E changes
- Tahm Kench: Passive bonus health ratio reduced
- Ziggs: Base armor reduced
Other Changes and Bug Fixes
The update will also include changes to mage basic attacks, Janna adjustments, item and rune changes, and various bug fixes.
