American esports organization NRG Esports has reportedly expressed interest in picking up a Counter-Strike 2 squad, nearly four years after its original stint in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.
The Resurgence of NRG Esports
News has recently emerged that NRG Esports, a prominent esports organization based in the United States, is contemplating a comeback in the highly competitive world of Counter-Strike. According to reliable sources, NRG is actively considering launching a new Counter-Strike 2 project. While the details are still being finalized, it seems that NRG already has a core team in mind for this exciting venture.

2019 proved to be a pivotal year for NRG in CS:GO, with the squad consistently achieving top-four placements in international tournaments.
